Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blender to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process by accurately blending materials to meet quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). The Blender will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all blending operations are performed efficiently and safely. Duties Operate blending equipment to mix raw materials according to specified formulations. Monitor blending processes to ensure consistency and quality of the final product. Conduct regular inspections of blended materials and report any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of blending activities, including batch numbers and ingredient usage. Follow safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ability to lift up to 55lbs. Collaborate with team members optimize blending processes and improve efficiency. Assist in materials handling, packaging and warehouse operations as needed. Utilize forklift equipment for transporting materials within the facility when required. Experience Previous experience in manufacturing. Experience with materials handling, packaging and warehouse operations is beneficial.
