Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate embroidery machine.
  • Review work orders and patterns to determine cutting requirements and machine settings.
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and accuracy of cuts, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring alignment, size, and quality meet standards.
  • Maintain and clean cutting machines, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Record production data, including quantities, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating textile or similar cutting machinery is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret patterns, work orders, and technical instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and operate machinery safely.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
