Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor packaging and filling machinery to ensure efficient production and quality standards.
  • Set up machines for each production run, adjusting settings for product and packaging specifications.
  • Inspect filled and packaged products for accuracy, ensuring correct weights, labels, and seals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report any malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
  • Load materials into machines, such as bottles, cans, boxes, or pouches, and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Record production data, including quantities produced, any defects, and equipment downtime.
  • Assist in routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating moving parts.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating packaging or filling equipment preferred but not required; training provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
