About the
Role:
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Trim Operator I to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to be part of a team that values precision and efficiency.What You'll Do:
Safely and consistently operate process and mechanical equipment such as clicker presses, lathes, ovens, and other equipment as required Effectively utilize measuring tools such as scales, calipers, rulers, and other tools as required Safely utilize sharp tools such as razor blades, scalpels, scissors, and other tools as required Adhere to company policies, standard work procedures, and job safety standards, including required PPE Support preventative maintenance program efforts Accurately input data into the MRP system Produce products within specifications and production requirements Maintain product identification and traceabilityWhat We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education 0-3 years of job-related experience Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer programs Basic math, computer, and communication skills Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneeling Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocolsWork Environment:
You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.Schedule:
Monday-Friday, full-time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.Training Hours:
10am - 8:30pmNight Shift Hours:
