Machine Operator Helper Shift/Hours:
Monday
- Sunday, Rotating shifts (12 hr
- 8AM to 8PM, 8PM to 8AM or 8 hr
- 8AM to 4PM, 4PM to 12AM, 12AM to 8AM)
Pay Rate:
$12.25/hr with OT (pay raise to $18/hr after ~90 day probationary period and completion of all training)

6+ months recent work experience We are looking for Machine Operator Helpers in Wharton, Tx. This is an entry level position and training will be provided. Must be able to work rotating shifts (days and nights). The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-heat manufacturing environment. Machine Operator Helper Job Duties:
Read and understand instructions to determine specification of product to be produced Configure machinery to produce product to desired specifications Operate machinery and check quality of the product being produced through measurement tools Recycle or dispose of defective product in accordance with guidelines Maintain cleanliness of machine and working area
