$17.00/hr We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dayshift Router Operator to join our team immediately. This position requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to keep production moving efficiently throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Operate the router machine safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure. Work with a computer daily to run jobs, monitor production, and manage workflow. Hand-load or flip sheet materials as needed — must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently . Maintain a consistent production pace with a goal of cutting at least 50 sheets per day . Troubleshoot minor issues and keep the machine running smoothly. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Comfortable using a computer daily. Physically capable of lifting over 50 lbs regularly. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think through processes. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Must meet daily production expectations.
