Machine Operator

Job Duties:

Operate and monitor rollformer machines. Set up machines according to job specifications. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints and production schedules. Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency. Load and unload steel coils safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products for defects. Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication and minor adjustments. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors. Help stack parts for shipping. Operate forklifts. Make sure work space is clean. Make sure all safety procedures are followed. Adhere to the quality control standards. Follow all other workplace safety regulations. Run production on schedule and to standard. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

Sheet Metal Experience Preferred. Mechanically inclined. Able to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Pass a Background Check and Drug Test.
