Friday:

7am - 3:30pm Basics knowledge and skills needed: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to read, write and communicate in English. Strong attention to detail. Intermediate computer and technical skills. Windows OS. Basic mathematic skills. You will need the ability to work with small instruments, tools, and supplies with your hands for the majority of each shift. Using small screws, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., happens daily. Flexibility to change to multiple tasks throughout the day.

Job Duties:

Setting up machines, position and adjust as needed to ensure precision optical elements. Clean lenses throughout the manufacturing processes. Shape lenses appropriately so that they can be assembled into frames. Inspect lenses after completion to verify alignment and conformance to specifications, using precision instruments. Complete assembly of lenses and frames with precision hand tools and equipment. Effective Communication Communicate with other team members and departments effectively and promptly to ensure job processes and daily shipments are completed. Able to maintain good attendance and dependability Able to work overtime as needed to meet sales demands. The ability to work with little to no supervision. Able to track, note and escalate problems as needed. Physical Demands Able to stand for a majority of shift. Manual dexterity requiring consistent use of hands and fingers for assembly and movement of small parts. Able to lift up to 25lbs. Work is performed in a warehouse environment with regular exposure to noise and moving machinery. •Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing.

From $15.00 per hour
