Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery to fabricate aluminum components according to specifications. Follow work orders, drawings, and production instructions accurately. Inspect and measure materials to ensure quality standards are met. Perform machine setups, adjustments, and routine maintenance. Monitor equipment during operation and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output and efficiency goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment (preferred, but training available for the right candidate). Ability to read and interpret measurements and basic technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
