Job Description Monitor and oversee operation and controls of the assigned production equipment(fryers or packagers depending on position awarded). Complete and digitally document regular quality checks to ensure product is within specifications. Perform pre-start calibrations of production equipment (e.g., metal detectors and scales). Troubleshoot minor issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Report any issues leading to down time or out of spec product to supervisor. Remove and replace consumable parts in the equipment during start up or as needed due to use. Follow all employee and food safety protocols to ensure a high-quality, safe environment
