Summary:
We are looking for a Machine Operator to produce quality parts that meet print requirements and customer quality expectations. This position provides an opportunity to be part of a small but rapidly growing business operating in several dynamic industries. Our ideal candidate should possess strong work ethic, be detail oriented, and have the ability to follow written and oral instructions. 4-day work week!
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by compliance with established policies and procedures. Safely operate machines, verify that equipment if functional prior to operation.
  • Monitor quality to ensure finished product meets all quality standards. Responsible to conduct quality checks of parts periodically.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the product is of high quality, while ensuring efficiency and safety goals are met.
Key Qualifications:
  • Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, need to be able to bend, lift and carry product.
  • Operators should possess adequate fitness and stamina.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Must have a good work ethic, arriving on time, staying on task, and take pride in one's job.
  • Work well with others.
  • Willingness to learn new things and follow instructions.
