Job:

Operate concrete line pump trucks safely and efficiently Set up and break down line pump systems at job sites Monitor concrete flow and troubleshoot blockages or equipment issues Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on trucks and pumps Communicate with dispatch, contractors, and job site crews to ensure smooth scheduling and operations Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Follow all company safety procedures Represent the company professionally with customers and contractors Some of the companies that we have worked with:

Get the concrete pumped on the project in a timely manner. Do the job without making a huge mess. We want our customers to enjoy working with us and our goal is for them to have the best experience with us as possible.

Job Duties:

Operate the pumps and hose. Make sure that the concrete is pumped to where it needs to go. Lay out hoses and clamps.

Skills/Qualifications:

Motivated Be able to lift heavy objects Willing to get dirty Having a coachable attitude and an outgoing personality is far more important to us than having any previous experience. We will spend time training skills, we will not spend time training attitude. A self-starter. Have great attitude and a desire to learn. Be willing to work hard.

Compensation:

We hire top producers. If you're average, you can earn $50k with us; if you are a star, you can earn up to $100k. Pay range is ~$25/hour up to ~$50/hour

Schedule :

6:00 am-4:00 pm Monday - Thursday 6:00am-12:00 pm Friday No weekends
