Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Job duties include, but are not limited to: Make sure extruder is set properly. On sugar lines, make sure flour sifters are set correctly. Ensure main and incline conveyors are dry and set properly, make sure wire conveyors work properly. On sugar lines, ensure flour gets spread evenly across the dough after extruder; do not over press dough while spreading flour across. Complete required Quality Reports. Responsible for food safety, food quality and food defense. Other duties as assigned.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist dough mixers as needed.

Working Relationship:

Works directly with QA, maintenance, warehouse and production.

Supervision:

Does not supervise anyone.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to use a hoist to maneuver dough tote onto Extruder. (Hoist Certification required every 3 years) Ability to climb ladders frequently. Frequently use small motor skills to be used in the adjustment of the extruder. Frequent pushing, pulling, reaching, standing. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

HS Diploma or GED Experience:
