Reports to:

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Create batches of juices, teas, or other beverages as required, ensuring product quality and integrity. Accurately weigh and mix all ingredients as per formula requirements to consistently create product to specifications. Dispose of ingredient containers in a clean and orderly manner to avoid product contamination. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with equipment, devices, or products. Maintain batch logs, and documentation including those outlining procedures, batch records, inventory, productivity, changeover, and progress. Measure weight & load ingredients following the appropriate formula. Perform simple calculations (i.e. ingredient quantities, batching cycles required). Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure integrity of products. Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc. Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience Availability to work a different schedule. Aptitude for numbers and have basic computer skills. Ability to perform physically demanding work (lift up to 50 lbs) Ability to work in an environment with variable temperatures. Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time. Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated problem solving skills Good Mechanical and Technical Aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment. Previous related process/batching experience is an asset. Forklift Experience
