What You'll Do Working under the direction of the Press Operator, you will: Read and interpret Run Condition Reports to understand job requirements Stage and prepare inks, materials, sleeves, anilox rolls, doctor blade chambers, and job documentation Set up and organize materials for upcoming runs to minimize downtime Communicate actively with the Press Operator during setups and job changes Load and unload materials from the press safely and efficiently Monitor and maintain ink viscosity to meet quality standards Keep ink systems, pumps, and surrounding areas clean and organized Clean, store, and protect sleeves, plates, and anilox rolls after use Track and report setup waste accurately Assist with cleaning and maintaining the press and surrounding work area Report mechanical issues or concerns promptly to the Operator Maintain consistent, reliable attendance What Makes You a Great Fit Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and take direction Mechanical awareness or interest in manufacturing equipment Pride in doing things the right way, every time Why This Role Matters You're not just assisting—you're setting the stage for every successful run.
