Full Time Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a rotating day shift Equipment Operator to join their dedicated team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring the seamless operation of assembly machines that contribute to the creation of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
12-hour rotating shift from 6:30AM to 6:30PM What's the Job? Operate simple automated assembly machines safely and efficiently Interpret and respond appropriately to machine faults to minimize downtime Perform routine setup and adjustments of machines, fixtures, and stations Ensure the highest quality standards in the assembly of medical devices Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support safety and productivity What's Needed? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to read and understand procedures and work instructions Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to perform visual inspections and operate simple machinery with minimal supervision What's in it for me?
