Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mixing / Batching Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating grinders, mixers, pumps, sifters, scales, and other production equipment while ensuring products are prepared accurately and safely according to batch specifications. Responsibilities Assist the Area Lead with shift change preparation and daily production activities. Perform at least 50% of the Area Lead's responsibilities when required. Read and follow batch sheets to accurately weigh and measure ingredients. Operate mixers, meat grinders, pumps, sifters, scales, and other department equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Clean, sanitize, and assemble production equipment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Participate in daily training and team meetings. Support team goals and assist with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English. Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper hygiene practices.

Pay:

$17.50 per hour
