Full Job Description Company:
Wasatch Labs Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and adjust filling machines to ensure efficient and accurate product filling. Monitor machine performance during production runs and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and minimize downtime. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance, including cleaning and sanitizing machinery according to company protocols. Conduct weight checks, volume checks, and other quality control measures to ensure compliance with product specifications. Identify and report any mechanical issues, product inconsistencies, or safety hazards to the supervisor or maintenance team. Complete production records and batch documentation accurately and promptly. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. Assist in the changeover of equipment for different products or batch sizes as required. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve any operational challenges. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
