As the World's No. 1 professional-grade skincare drink , we are now establishing in-house production at our facility in Chantilly, VA. We are seeking a dedicated Process Technician to join our growing team. The Role & Team Structure As a Process Technician, you are a vital member of the production team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager . You will work in close daily coordination with the Senior Process Technician and the Line Operator to ensure a seamless transition from raw liquid batches to fully packaged products. You will be responsible for the daily preparation of ingredients and the production of finished liquids. Working with pharmaceutical and food-grade raw materials, you will ensure our high standards for microbiological integrity and safety are met. You will also play a key role in ensuring all operators understand and follow production, cleaning, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities Batch Mixing & Production:
Execute the batch mixing of liquids and prepare specialized equipment for filling and packaging.
Sanitization & Integrity:
Perform the daily setup and sanitization of the cleanroom environment to maintain strict microbiological integrity.
Operational Support:
Support the bottle-filling and capping process from batch start to completion and assist the Line Operator with final product packing.
Quality Control:
Collect and log finished product and material samples for micro-lab testing; monitor the line for consistency and excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work alongside the Senior Process Technician and Warehouse team to stage ingredients for upcoming shifts.
Proactive Oversight:
Anticipate potential bottlenecks or technical issues, reporting anomalies to the Operations Manager to maintain peak production standards. Candidate Profile We are looking for a practical, forward-thinking professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
A strong understanding of food/pharmaceutical production hygiene standards (GMP/HACCP knowledge is a plus). Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A positive, flexible attitude with a desire to grow alongside a global brand. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the wider production team.

Starting at $35,000/year +
