Your day-to-day will include:

Working as part of a 1-2 person crew , completing your daily delivery and setup route Delivering, setting up, and breaking down bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses , and other party rental equipment Representing Let's Bouncz with professionalism, friendliness, and a smile — our clients deserve the best, and you'll help deliver it Performing equipment inspections and safety checks to uphold our industry-leading standards Treating every client like gold — because that's exactly how we roll

Who We're Looking For:

You don't need experience in the party rental industry — we'll train you! What we do need is the right attitude and character.

Requirements:

Hardworking, Hungry & Humble — our three non-negotiables Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift heavy materials (sandbags, inflatables, waterslides, etc.) Friendly, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work Reliable and punctual — our clients count on us

Bonus Points If You Have:
