B shift 3PM-11PM About the Role Join Smurfit WestRock as a Bander Operator, where you'll play a key role in securing finished products for shipment. You'll operate banding equipment, ensure quality standards, and help keep production moving efficiently.

manufacturing jobs, machine operator, packaging operator. What You'll Do Operate banding machines to strap and secure corrugated or paperboard products. Inspect bundles for proper alignment, band tension, and labeling. Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance. Maintain accurate production records. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
