Job Description
1st Shift Availability Removes, flexes, jogs, and stacks printed sheets from discharge unit of printing press and sheeter Monitor print product for quality Verify accurate bundle count at each press startup Works effectively with members of crew for optimum performance Empty waste carts and containers into designated locations as filled, and at end of each shift Willing to work flexible hours/overtime as necessary, including coverage for other shifts Train others in machine operation and troubleshooting skills Maintain accurate written records of production; records waste, production time, down time etc. Utilizes hand truck and forklift to remove loads from press and return excess materials to their designated storage area Assists with maintenance duties on press as necessary Comply with safety regulations, maintain clean and orderly work areas,wearing all required PPE Other duties as assigned
