Full Job Description Description:
Join NASL's Laminations Department and build a hands-on career in manufacturing. This is a train-on-the-job role with real opportunities to grow your skill set and advance your career. You'll operate and set up machines used in our laminations process, maintaining quality standards that meet our customers' exact specifications. The right candidate must be able to travel to WI for the initial training. What you'll do: Safely set up and operate lamination machinery Monitor production to ensure consistent quality at the source Support continuous improvement initiatives on the floor Complete each product to customer specifications
Requirements:
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift Ability to lift 5-50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, crouching, and kneeling Comfortable use of hands and wrists throughout the shift Ability to travel for initial training
