You'll be: Assisting in the production process by operating machinery and equipment as directed Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards Loading and unloading materials and products from production lines Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Following all safety protocols and procedures while performing tasks Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines Supporting the production team with other duties as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) Bring at least 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing setting (required) Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Can follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment Have basic math and measurement skills Are able to lift and move heavy materials as needed What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
