Washfloor Operator - Industrial Laundry | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Prudential Overall Supply is hiring a Washfloor Operator to support our industrial laundry operations. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working with large-scale washing equipment and heavy loads in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time, non-seasonal position with consistent weekday hours. No prior washfloor experience required—we provide hands-on training. What You'll Do Load and unload industrial washing machines with heavy, wet garments and textiles Handle large sling loads following proper weight and wash formulas Operate washers according to established processing sequences Push, pull, and move loaded carts and materials throughout the washfloor Monitor chemical/detergent levels and report issues Identify and report equipment malfunctions Transport washed items to the next production stage Complete production tracking and basic documentation Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety, HACCP, and company procedures Physical Requirements (Important) Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads regularly Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift Work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced industrial environment Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on, physical labor Ability to follow processes and safety guidelines Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-oriented attitude Must be 18+ years old Reliable transportation Why Join Prudential?
