Fabric Cutter

AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a Fabric Cutter in South Boston, VA. This position plays a key role in preparing and inspecting materials while maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

Pay:

$15/hr.

Responsibilities:

Lay out, cut, and fold fabric accurately and efficiently Pull fabric for production and properly store materials after use Review fabric lays to identify defects or inconsistencies Communicate any fabric defects or quality concerns to appropriate team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work in both manual and machine cutting areas as needed Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to consistently lift at least 20 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift Comfortable with frequent stooping and bending while working on cushions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment High School Diploma or equivalent required #INDAI2472
