This role is responsible for safely producing materials according to established procedures while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Manufacture products following approved work instructions and production procedures. Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards. Safely operate production equipment and handle raw materials. Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with material handling, container preparation, and related production tasks as needed. Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Qualifications & Skills Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred. Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to move and maneuver large containers and materials using appropriate equipment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to wear required safety equipment and PPE. Location:

Springfield, VA 1st shift hours: Monday-Thursday 4:30AM-2:30PM 1st shift pay: $20/hr 2nd shift hours: Monday-Friday 2PM-12AM 2nd shift pay: $20/hr
