Job Description

To strengthen our Springfield team, we are looking for an
OPERATOR ROLE
Produce ink efficiently and safely in Springfield, VA PROFILE Manufacture ink according to existing procedures Produce to set daily goals Use all safety equipment as instructed by the SOPs, and Regulatory Affairs Maintain a clean and safe work area Tub room duties as required Assoc. degree in a technical discipline preferred; or High School graduate with 2-4 years' work experience. A strong willingness to learn and adapt, ensuring continuous improvement and effective problem-solving Ability to follow written procedures and instructions Good verbal and written communication skills Attention to
Detail:
Follows detailed procedures and ensures accuracy in documentation and data; carefully monitors gages, and instruments of process; ensures concentration on routine work details.
Quality of Work:
Maintains high standards despite pressing deadlines; does work right the first time; corrects own errors, regularly produces accurate, thorough, professional work.
Reliability:
Personally responsible; keeps commitments. Write and perform math at a high school level Lift 50 pounds Ability to roll tub weighing up to 2,000 pounds Ability to wear and use safety equipment
