Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic and dependable Production Operatives to join our founding team and help play their part in an exciting chapter in Vuba Stone's history. This is a varied, hands-on role within a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. You'll support the preparation, assembly, packaging, labeling, and dispatch of a wide range of products while helping maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the facility. You'll be joining our new team members across the US at our new Distribution Centre, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, contribute to new processes and ways of working, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding business. Responsibilities Produce and assemble sample kits, sample cases, catalyst products, and customer orders. Label, package, box, and prepare products for shipment accurately and efficiently. Assist with picking, packing, palletizing, and dispatch activities within the warehouse. Receive and organize stock deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy. Operate warehouse and production equipment safely, including pallet jacks and labeling equipment. Maintain clean and organized production and warehouse areas. Follow all regulations, safety procedures, and company policies. Support stock checks, inventory counts, and general warehouse operations. Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet productivity and quality targets. Assist with the implementation of new systems and workflows within a growing operation. Carry out repetitive production tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistency. Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred. Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying out repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and processes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic essential. Ability to adapt quickly within a rapidly growing business. Basic computer and warehouse system skills desirable. Comfortable working around production materials and chemicals while following safety procedures.

$18.00 per hour
