Job Description

Join us at an exciting stage of growth as we grow our operation in the US. We're looking for motivated and reliable Resin Technicians to become part of the founding warehouse and production team from the start of our journey! This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment, where you'll be responsible for producing and packaging resin products safely, accurately, and efficiently. As part of a growing company, you'll play a key role in helping establish new systems, processes, and standards within the facility. Responsibilities Operate resin mixing and decanting machinery safely and efficiently. Manufacture resin products in bulk according to company specifications and production schedules. Fill, seal, label, and prepare resin tubs for storage and shipment. Accurately measure and mix raw materials while following production formulas and procedures. Monitor production quality and report any issues or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Follow all regulations, health & safety procedures, and company policies. Assist with stock handling, palletizing, and movement of finished goods within the warehouse. Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks where required. Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to meet production and dispatch targets. Support the implementation of new workflows and processes within a growing facility. Qualifications Previous experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred. Experience operating machinery, mixing equipment, or production equipment is highly desirable. Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is an advantage. Comfortable working with chemicals and following strict safety procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out repetitive tasks. Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic essential. Positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly within a rapidly growing company. Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse or production systems is desirable.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
