Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packager to join our manufacturing team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by carefully packaging items according to specified standards and regulations. Your energetic approach will ensure that each product is securely packed, accurately labeled, and ready for distribution. Duties Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble and package products efficiently and accurately. Follow detailed packaging instructions, including proper labeling, sealing, and inspection procedures. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other safety standards during the packaging process. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control automated packaging equipment. Conduct quality checks on packaged items to verify correct labeling, integrity, and completeness. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with manufacturing and warehouse best practices. Assist with inventory management by accurately recording packaged products and preparing shipments for delivery. Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, especially within packaging roles. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided. Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and packaging protocols ensures adherence to industry requirements. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with warehouse experience supports efficient workflow management.
