• In this

Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Operates conventional and CNC production machines such as winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, welders, etc Sand, deburr, etc. as necessary to properly complete the machining operation with the quality required. Must understand material hardness, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, coolant requirements and machining techniques.

• You make sound decisions. While working, you take pride in your job, with an emphasis on safety. You effectively communicate with your team and encourage open discussion and feedback. You value quality and have a keen attention to detail.

• For This Role, You Will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role. Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and controls. Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.
• Preferred Qualifications that

Set You Apart:

• 2 to 4 years of machining experience. Welding knowledge Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
