Job Description:
Responsible for chemical cleaning, etching, and surface preparation of aircraft sheet metal components in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Duties include chemical processing, mixing chemicals to specifications, operating cleaning equipment, inspecting parts, and following detailed manufacturing instructions while maintaining strict safety standards.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required Manufacturing, chemical processing, metal finishing, or production experience preferred Ability to wear a respirator and required PPE Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Must be able to work onsite and follow detailed work instructions
