In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, packing, and preparing customer orders with precision and efficiency. Your efforts will directly contribute to smooth warehouse operations, timely order fulfillment, and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to handling materials and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and assemble orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Ensure quality control by inspecting items for damage or discrepancies before shipment Prepare packages for shipping & receiving processes with attention to packaging standards Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve distribution efficiency Assist in warehouse management tasks including order fulfillment, shipping documentation, and system updates Must be able to lift 30-50lbs Duties Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements and update warehouse management systems Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts for materials handling Perform heavy lifting safely when loading or unloading goods Execute order picking using various tools including pickers for specific tasks Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards before packing Pack items securely for shipment while minimizing damage during transit Manage shipping & receiving documentation with precision and attention to detail Assist in stock replenishment by stocking shelves efficiently and accurately Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining a safe working environment through adherence to safety procedures Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly desirable Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software platforms Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks Knowledge of order picker operations, picking & packing processes, and inventory control Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and basic repairs is a plus Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures including load & unload activities Strong understanding of quality control standards within a warehouse setting Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods Previous experience in warehouse supervisor roles or team leadership is advantageous but not required These positions offer an engaging environment where your skills directly impact our operational success.
