Machine Operator Lyneer Staffing Solutions - 3.3 Everett, WA Job Details Full-time $19.25 - $20.00 an hour 8 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Computer operation Machine operation High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility Packaging Hand tools Quality data entry Full Job Description Our client is currently seeking or in need of Machine Operators in Everett, WA, for a high-volume coffee production environment. This role supports consistent, high-quality roasting and packaging across multiple shifts while maintaining strict product specifications. You'll be part of a collaborative operation that values accuracy, safety, and on-time output. The position offers steady hours, a clear set of responsibilities, and the opportunity to build manufacturing skills in a modern facility.
The Day-to-Day:
Operate roasting machines, coolers, and related production equipment. Follow product specifications to maintain proper color and coffee blend targets. Record roasting data, green-coffee usage, control charts, and other production logs with accuracy. Maintain inventory using a computerized system and incorporate rework within established quality standards. Perform sample testing on roasted coffee to verify color and moisture meet customer requirements. Conduct basic repair, maintenance, and cleaning of machinery as needed. Enter package quality testing results into the Quality Windows program. Monitor finished packages from the machine and separate rejects. Configure machine components and settings based on product size and run requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. 6+ months of recent machine-operating experience. Basic proficiency with hand tools. Comfortable with computer basics and data entry. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
Pay Rate:
$19.25 to $20.00 per hour

Shift:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM 3rd
Shift:
Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:00
AM Pay:
$19.25 - $20.00 per hour
