We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support production operations in a precision manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, performing basic machine setups and adjustments, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring products are produced according to specifications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while meeting production goals. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate CNC machines and production equipment to manufacture precision components according to work instructions and engineering specifications. Load raw materials, fixtures, and tooling while ensuring proper machine setup and safe operation. Monitor machine performance throughout production runs and make minor offsets or adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards. Perform in-process and final inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part conformance. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, travelers, and other manufacturing documentation. Identify and report quality, equipment, or production issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel. Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation in accordance with company procedures. Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements while contributing to a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members, quality personnel, and manufacturing staff to meet production schedules and continuous improvement goals. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift Properly uses basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometer, indicators, etc.) Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail Communicates well verbally and in writing Mechanically inclined, with good manual dexterity WHY AVERRO?
