  • Entry‑Level CNC Operator
  • , you'll work hands‑on with precision equipment producing aerospace components that meet the industry's highest quality and safety standards. You don't need to be an expert—we're looking for motivated, detail‑oriented individuals who want to learn, grow, and build a future in machining.
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace parts + Safely load and unload materials and finished components + Monitor machine performance during runs and report issues + Perform basic machine adjustments and minor setups (training provided) + Inspect parts using

  • to verify tolerances + Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures + Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
  • Required Qualifications

  • (required) + Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine shop environment + Basic understanding of CNC machining or machine operation + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Ability to stand for extended periods in a production setting + Reliable attendance and availability for swing shift

  • Swiss‑style CNC machines

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
