Job Summary:
Builds aircraft 787 structures carbon fiber parts using resins and epoxies using engineering drawings, company and customer specifications.
Summary of Duties:
 Accurately builds parts using resins and epoxies.  Adheres to company specifications, work instructions, and work orders.  Seals parts per manufacturing order or Static PWO as required per current revision.  Properly maintains and identifies defects in parts and report any findings to supervisor or QA.  Document the materials used in the process to maintain traceability.  Safely handles various regulated materials used in the process.  Part Marks according to engineering drawings, company and customer specifications.  Works toward the end of the assembly line.  Organizes completed parts and paperwork.  Creates shipping paperwork, "Shipper".  Submits Shipper to indicate part is ready for shipping and invoicing.  Moves Shipper and part to Shipping Department.  Assists Shipping Department as necessary to prepare packing of part. 

o Must carefully handle detail parts and manufactured parts to ensure the integrity and quality is not damaged by handling. o All employees have an affirmative duty to protect and maintain the confidentiality of Safran products. o As business conditions change it is necessary that all employees productively react and handle other essential tasks as assigned now or in the future. o Tasks may vary slightly based on products produced at division.
