Machine Operator Assistant -
Weekend Shift Schedule:
Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Paid for 40 hours when 36 scheduled hours are completed About the Role We're seeking a dependable and driven Machine Operator Assistant to join our weekend production team. This is a physically active, hands-on role ideal for individuals who take pride in safety, precision, and teamwork. If you're eager to build long-term skills in a manufacturing environment and want to grow with a stable company, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Assist with the operation of industrial production equipment while maintaining strict safety and quality standards Support production flow through consistent material handling and machine support Accurately read and use measuring tools such as tape measures Perform repetitive lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, especially for weekend schedules Communicate and work effectively within a team-oriented environment Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of forklift experience , specifically sit-down forklifts Proven ability to work safely in confined or high-traffic areas Strong material handling and load control skills Ability to move efficiently in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and safety awareness Comfort working around large-scale, heavy machinery Additional Qualifications Basic math skills and ability to read measurements accurately Must be able to read and write in English Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a drug screening and physical capability assessment Must be 18 years of age or older Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
