What You'll Do As a Production Associate (Batcher) , you'll play a key role in preparing product batches and keeping production moving. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where accuracy, teamwork, and safety are key to success. What matters Mix and prepare batches by following recipes, formulas, and mixing instructions Verify ingredients, quantities, and lot numbers before batching Monitor processing equipment and controls to ensure smooth, safe operation Maintain steady product flow and quickly flag issues that could impact quality Watch for conditions that could affect sterility and report mechanical or process concerns Move, stage, and store ingredients and materials as needed Operate a lift truck to transport and position materials Clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, rooms, piping, and tools per sanitation and CIP requirements Complete batch records and required production documentation accurately What We're Looking For High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred. 6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred. Reliable attendance is important for team operations. Must be self-motivated and conscientious. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems. Ability to complete certification requirements Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred. What We Offer The pay rate for this position is $31.76 per hour.
