Job Description

Under the direct supervisor of the Production Line Lead and a dotted line reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Worker, Machine Operator supports daily production operations by performing a variety of manual and pre-assembly tasks in accordance with established procedures and safety standards. This role is responsible for preparing materials for assembly lines, feeding raw materials into production machinery, and assisting with the overall production process. Duties include monitoring machine output, performing basic quality checks, labeling and packaging finished goods, and ensuring products are stored properly. This individual responsible for adhering to GMP, Food Safety, HACCP and Quality standards to ensure the highest quality within No Meat Factory. Daily Production Complete pre-assembly tasks such as setting up belts and opening boxes. Feed raw materials into production machinery and monitor continuously. Pack finished goods for shipping and apply accurate production labels. Conduct basic quality and testing checks and escalate issues when necessary. Store goods and raw materials properly in production and/or warehouse. Perform manual tasks including material handling, packaging, and stacking of finished goods. Assist machine operators by loading raw materials and removing finished products. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sanitation and product handling. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report issues such as quality concerns, damaged products, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate team members or departments. Shadow experienced operators to learn equipment basics for skill development and cross-training. Provide coverage or relief for other lines and teams as assigned by the supervisor. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including facility cleanliness, personal hygiene, and equipment sanitation when handling food products. Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety concerns to management. Comply with all Food Safety, HACCP, Quality, and Operational procedures as defined in NMF's Quality Management System. Perform other duties as assigned.
