What You'll Do:

Operate and maintain laser cutting equipment for structural fabrication projects Work with steel and other fabrication materials to produce precision-cut components Identify and load proper materials for each production job Read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and production drawings Ensure all finished parts meet exact quality and dimensional standards Support production deadlines while maintaining safety and efficiency Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and productive shop environment What's In It for

Have:

Prior experience operating a laser, high-definition plasma table, or burn table Understanding of structural steel and fabrication materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven fabrication shop

The Musts:

Laser, plasma table, or burn table operation experience Blueprint reading skills Dependable attendance Safety-conscious mindset Ability to work swing shift consistently

Preferred:

Structural steel or metal fabrication experience Additional CNC or fabrication background Experience with production tracking systems Bilingual communication skills are a plus
