Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure safe and efficient production operations. Set up machines, adjust controls, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues during production runs. Inspect finished products and materials to ensure quality standards and production specifications are met. Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized production environment. Load raw materials into machinery and move finished products to designated storage or shipping areas. Monitor machine performance and report malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors or maintenance staff. Accurately complete production records, quality documentation, and shift reports. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Assist with routine equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, and operational changeovers. Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and production procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed. Forklift certification or experience is a plus, but not required.
