As a Waterjet operator for 2nd shift, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

East Greenville, PA Pay Range:
$25
  • 29 per hour depending on experience and a $2 shift differential.
Shift:
2:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday-Thursday What's the Job? Set up and operate waterjet cutting machines to produce parts according to job orders and blueprints. Program machine controls using CAD/CAM or proprietary software to ensure precise cutting paths. Monitor cutting parameters such as water pressure, abrasive flow, and cutting speed to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or laser scanners to verify tolerances. Perform routine maintenance, including changing abrasive media, cleaning nozzles, pump rebuilds, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. What's Needed? Waterjet operating experience is required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Basic understanding of machine controls and programming software. Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
