Job Description

Join Our Team! Manufacturing experience is a must! Processed Metals Innovators (PMI) is looking for a motivated and dependable Coil Fed Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating coil-fed stamping equipment, producing quality parts, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring products meet customer specifications. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals who have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM What You'll Do Operate and monitor coil-fed presses and related equipment Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met Package finished products according to customer specifications Assist with steel coil setup, replacements, and die changes Perform machine inspections and basic preventative maintenance Troubleshoot minor production issues and make machine adjustments as needed Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Work with team members to meet production goals and customer expectations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Commitment to safety and attendance Ability to stand for an entire shift and frequently lift up to 25 pounds Why PMI?
