Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate machines and tools to meet production standards Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools Adhere to standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals Assist team members in other areas when needed to meet targets Operate necessary equipment required to perform your role Engage in problem-solving to address any production issues Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements for

Ability to stand for 10 hours a day and perform repetitive tasks Physically capable of bending, twisting, turning, and performing tasks above the head Ability to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process A team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growth
