Job Description

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Bulk Load Out Operator at Didion, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient loading of grain-based food products. This position offers cross-training on multiple systems and types of equipment, providing you with flexibility, skill development, and opportunities for career growth.
Compensation:
Salary:
$22-$25 per hour (plus $3 per hour shift premium on 3rd shift)
Sign-on Bonus:
$5,000
Available Schedules:
6:00 am to 6:00 pm on a 2-2-3 schedule 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on a 4 on/4 off schedule.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food-related environment. Ability to operate and learn automated equipment. Comfortable working outdoors and at heights. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency with using computers.
Physical Environment:
Ability to lift 55 lbs. Willingness to work in environments with noise, dust, heat, and cold. Capable of climbing stairs/ladders and working at heights exceeding 20'.
