Kelly Perks Primary Responsibilities:
Set up, safely operate, and monitor automatic and manual plastic fabrication lines to ensure consistent and quality production output Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues efficiently Conduct equipment teardown and machine cleaning for optimal, continuous operations Measure, mix, and prepare raw materials following prescribed formulations and safety protocols Operate hand and power tools such as saws, punches, drills, and routers for various production requirements Perform regular inspections of finished products for adherence to strict quality and accuracy standards Prepare, package, label, and palletize finished goods for distribution or shipping Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required 1+ year of prior manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory—comprehensive training will be provided on all machines and processes Proficient with basic hand tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers Demonstrated strength in mathematics, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving Ability to accurately follow both written and verbal instructions, and collaborate effectively within a team Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety practices How to
