Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders. Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling to support project timelines Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Collaborate with team members to execute construction tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment on-site Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes. Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Prior construction site experience demonstrating safe operation of machinery in various environments Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required for operating or transporting heavy equipment and materials Familiarity with construction safety standards and practices Experience working with Caterpillar or similar brands of heavy machinery is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about construction work that challenges your skills and fuels your career growth!
