Assembly Responsibilities:

• Places parts in specified relationship to each other
• Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together
• Tends machines, such as arbor presses, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line
• Operates electrical and hydraulic test equipment interpreting and recording results as to their correlation to product quality
• Works at different workstations as production needs require
• Maintains and records accurate count of workpieces produced and personal hourly attendance data
• Practices safe work habits, maintains workplace in good order, and wears issued personal protective equipment in the workplace

Requirements For Assembly:

• Employee will regularly require to stand
• Required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Janesville@qpsemployment.
